Involuntary Chapter 7 Filed Against Hellas Telecom-Owned TPG Troy

A group of private equity creditors owed more than $111.7 million is trying to force TPG Troy LLC, which is owned by liquidating telecommunications company Hellas Telecommunications II SCA, into Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection.
 
SPQR Capital, Lansdowne Capital and Crest One, which are owed $76.6 million, $26.1 million and $9.1 million, respectively, asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan last week to put TPG Troy into Chapter 7 bankruptcy with what is known as an involuntary petition. . . .
